Our Mission

Nona CrossFit was built to guide, improve and empower each individual who steps through the door. We strive to unlock all your potential you never thought possible and become a better version of yourself. Building relationships within our gym and community to be effective is our fitness mission, and to give back to the community that gives us so much. We believe that success is contagious, and that the success of one person translates to the success of others; fellow athletes, family members, and the community. This level of commitment begins with us through a solid foundation of education and experience, and continues through you!

What is CrossFit?

Founder Greg Glassman defines CrossFit as “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.” The fitness effort of that varied, functional movement is represented in ten (10) identifiable fitness domains: Cardiovascular/ Respiratory Endurance; Stamina; Strength; Flexibility; Power; Speed; Coordination; Agility; Balance; and, Accuracy. These domains are addressed through a variety of methods and modalities of exercise, such as Olympic weightlifting, Power Lifting, gymnastics, rowing, sprinting, running, and body-weight movements, like push-ups and pull-ups. CrossFit is people. CrossFit is passion. CrossFit is you.

The greatest thing about CrossFit is that it never gets boring. We use all types of equipment from your body, assault bikes, rowers, kettlebells, barbells, wallballs, slam balls, jump ropes, dumbbells and much more. Give your workout more variety than ever with our accessories for warmup to cooldown. Increase your body’s capacities every day, from stability to mobility, from power to speed.
