Nona CrossFit’s one-on-one nutrition coaching program is customized to fit your goals. Nutrition is a very important aspect of a successful training protocol, and we believe that the foundation of an overall healthy life is based on each unique individual, not a template. Our focus is to teach our clients the necessary tools to become a better version of themselves. It is true that 80% of the work to get to each individual goals are in the Kitchen. If we don’t fix our bad habits then we will continue to make those mistakes, it is not a diet, yet a life change and we are here to be your guide all the way through. Customizing macros are not only important but crucial to hitting those goals!
