What Options Does Nona CrossFit Offer?
Originally, CrossFit started as a method of “cross-training”, or using combining different exercise modes, and functional movements into one workout session.
As time has gone by, CrossFit has evolved to encompass every area of health and fitness, in addition to providing a means of competition which can truly test an individual’s athleticism.
In keeping with the current preferences of exercisers today, which are many and varied, Nona CrossFit offers all of the following:
- Group Training Sessions. For those that love a good team workout, there is nothing better than a CrossFit group training session. The coach will take you through a series of moves involving a variety of exercise modes and equipment, such as kettlebells, jump ropes, barbells, to name a few.
- One-on-One Training. Some people (and some exercise goals) require a more personalized touch than can be obtained through group sessions. We offer one-on-one private sessions for individuals who prefer to have the undivided attention of their coach during their workouts.
- Nutritional Guidance. There’s no doubt about it: the work you do in the gym is critically important to your health. However, if you aren’t fueling your body and your workouts with the right foods, you may be setting yourself up for failure. Our nutritional coaching program provides you with the opportunity to discuss diet in a one-on-one setting with a professional coach who is committed to helping you reach your goals.
- Remote Exercise Coaching. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we need to be ready to adapt to a new way of living at the drop of a hat. Having high-quality exercise videos streamed into your home allows you to work out in the comfort of your living room (or anywhere else). Each video provides you with a detailed explanation of how to perform the workout in question so that there is no ambiguity.

- Drop-Ins. Travelers and those looking for a brief change of scene can hit a drop-in class for just $20 a session.
- The limited plan allows you to attend 3 group sessions per week in addition to Saturday sessions for the price of $139 per month.
- Enjoy the entirety of the classes we have to offer for $159 per month.
- Open Gym. For $100 per month, you can come in any time you like, use our equipment, and get a great workout.
- Value Packs. Right now, we offer a 10-class pack for $140 per month.
