Scared of CrossFit?

CrossFit is not just about barbells, heavy lifting and/or crazy gymnastic movements. Although all these things are exciting and fun for many athletes, the one thing that I love the most about CrossFits specifically designed workouts are their ability to be so versatile and accommodate all athletic levels and types. For example, the work out above, its basically all body weight and its enough to challenge an elite athlete however it also allows the “new/beginner CrossFitter” to complete as well. We all have abilities and/or disabilities, but with those at Nona CrossFit we are able to accommodate and scale to each individual personally in order to achieve the same stimulus across the board. Can’t wait to get to know you, challenge you, and change you for the better!
